Implement CAM ideals and services:
• The key is to maximize complementary services through providers that are already credentialed - PT, OT, nurse, health ed., medical social worker.
• Enable health improvement and behavioral change - through classes, support groups, mind/body, etc.
• Create a health information and resource center.
• Implement care co-ordination and phone triage.
• Offer complementary treatment through PT, touch therapies (under PT), biofeedback, etc.
